Casa Azulai Puebla Hotel Boutique opened its doors in September 2022, marking the beginning of a new concept in luxury tourism in the city of Puebla. Set within a restored 17th-century house in Mexico, it offers warmth with its timeless character. The charm of the Old World and contemporary luxury blend with modern comfort to create a unique atmosphere for our guests. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be impressed by our charming Talavera lamp that frames the facade of the original wooden doors of the house, situated between our reception area and our famous mezcal cantina.
In our main courtyard, you will find our Azul Raíz Restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic and classic Mexican cuisine in an environment featuring a replica of the Fountain of Health from Cordoba, Spain, with Moorish influence covered in yellow Talavera, inviting you to relax. You will also be able to admire 19th-century Talavera tiles depicting the Virgins of Light and the Crowned Carmen, signed by Pedro Sánchez, an internationally recognized Talavera artisan from Puebla.
